The search mandate must determine the conditions of the transaction, the power delegated to the agent, the conditions of the service provision, its remuneration and the means implemented.
AEC will provide, upon request, the Certificate of Conformity, Registration Certificate (if applicable) and, where applicable, Inspection Certificate.
We also take care of all the documentation (possible maintenance book, manuals, leaflets, invoices, etc.) detailing the history of the car and any restorations carried out, as well as a written document specifying everything you think the buyer should know (preferably by email).
If your car is not registered in Belgium, make sure you gather all the documents required to register it in Belgium or the EU.
We pay particular attention to the history of our vehicles and have a fully equipped workshop: Each vehicle selected for sale in our garage has undergone a complete examination in order to check the condition of the bodywork, chassis and mechanics.

Regarding our certification, the car is fully inspected.
This is a technical, visual inspection accompanied by an evaluation grid covering all the fundamental criteria to be checked. A number of points is awarded for each criterion. A written report is then drawn up with a score out of 100.
We have your vehicle appraised by an independent expert registered on the national list of approved Automobile Experts.
This process allows you to know an agreed market value for your insurance company.
